Sotto Social Club x Absence of Proof 

Experience a unique healing journey combining powerful breathing techniques with biodynamic movement and lively music.

This integrated breathwork practice combines multiple traditions of breath awareness with deep intention work to use the power of your breath and awareness to shift into altered states of consciousness.

Our practice will oxygenate the body and activate different areas of the brain to clear suppressed emotions more through stagnant energy, and influence creative productivity.  This breathwork journey brings attention and intention to our innate creative energy helping us to relax the body, remember our power, and revive our personal potential. 

We are so excited to be joined by Alison Ziegler who is an experienced Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Life and Success Coach.  With a passion for helping others transform their lives through the calendar, Allison creates planners and journaling resources to guide you through each new month, season, and mood phase of life.  She will be providing free New Moon Journals for group journaling after our breathwork session.
