HEY LADIES! As you know Amol and I got engaged back in October of 2024! Well, officially, we are planning to elope on the beautiful island of Kauai in May of 2025! While we chose to elope for a variety of reasons (simplicity, budget, doing what we do best..hiking), we still want our friends and family to be apart of our special day! I’m extending this invitation to a select few of the most important women in my life to help me with the biggest challenge of a wedding…. Finding a wedding dress! And of course a bunch of other fun — but maybe not so serious — wedding activities! Are you in? I AM SO EXCITED to see all of you and share these special moments. Some would say, it’s the final fling before the ring! Shared rooms are provided! Room numbers will be provided around 4pm the day of. If you wish to have your own room you’re welcome to reach out to me for discounted rates! I know this is the dreaded, unfavorable ask…. But please no kids or men. I want this to feel like a final slumber party with my favorite peeps… ya know? If you wish to participate.. bring a lingerie items that matches YOUR personality and style. The bride will be blindfolded while they’re hung and will go around the room and guess who each gift is from. Size: large <h2>Weekend Schedule As Follows: </h2>Friday Feb 28th:You’re welcome to check in anytime (if you booked the room individually please follow check in time on your individual reservation) on Friday Feb 28th - please arrive no later than 7pm CST. 8pm Girls Night: Welcome Party! Dress: Chill, lowkey, cozySaturday March 1st:8:30 am BreakfastMeet in the executive lounge for brekky assortment. Dress: simple, casual, wear walking shoes! 10 AM - Wedding Dress ShoppingOkay so here’s the deal… by this time we’ll be t-minus two months until the wedding. Part of the fun of eloping is the spontaneity! The part that’s not so fun — is unfortunately, this means for going a traditional wedding dress which can take 6-12 months to come in. Fortunately for the last minute brides (Hii!), there is something called “sample wedding dresses” these are outlet style dresses that can be purchased and taken home same day! Join me in the hunt for my dream wedding dress through stores like Aisle Chic and Glamour Closet in Downtown Chicago! (Wear your walking shoes!) You’ll have some time on your own before we begin the bridal shower. Feel free to use this time to explore, use the gym or the indoor pool/hot tubs! Please note semi casual is preferred for bridal shower. 5PM - Bridal ShowerWe will enjoy food, fun and games. It’s the final fling before the ring! Dress: High Tea, semi casual, polished. Sunday March 2nd:FarewellsBreakfast is available in the executive lounge from 6am-10am.
