Maybe our circumstances changed, maybe our bodies changed, or maybe we’ve internally shifted. Whatever the case may be, we are entitled to the time and space it takes to safely mourn who &amp; what no longer exists. You are invited to join us in a supportive environment to eulogize a past self that you wish to honor and find peace with. Funeral attire: an outfit you associate with this past life.Supplies that may be helpful: a special notebook, your writing utensil(s) of choice, a scent you associate with this past life.Other prep: think of/queue up some songs you associate with this past life.Location: We will be meeting on the lawn past the Hunter’s Point Library, near the weeping willow tree by the water. There are public restrooms within a 5 minute walk of the meeting location. We will mostly be sitting on the grass but please make an accessibility note if sitting on a chair or bench would make this event accessible to you.
