<h1>Artists of Indian Orchard Mills - Mill Works: Resilience &amp; Reinvention</h1><h2>August 1, 2026 - August 27, 2026</h2><h3>Art Walk and Artist reception: Saturday, August 1, 4-7pm</h3>Exhibition Statement: Enchantment connotes both wonder and magic, rife with connections to nature, and to alternative systems of being, belonging, and making meaning. The artists of this exhibition make nature, the cosmos, and the worlds of tarot and magic the subjects of their work. Enchantment presents a world of possibilities, from everyday magic to deep connections with nature, and methods of making sense and meaning of the world to an embrace of whimsy.Artist Bios:Beth Maciorowski is a self taught film photographer from Easthampton, MA. She uses a lot of experimental techniques in her work including double exposures, light painting, long exposures, unique self-portraits and film soup. All of the manipulations are done in camera or on the film, there is no photoshop used. Her work is deeply inspired by nature and in expressing life's ups and downs through a sort of surrealistic lens. Her first love was poetry and she often writes poems along with the photos or in the titles.Jacqueline Gelfuso Gallo explores the interconnection between nature, spirituality, and humanity through intricate, layered imagery. Her work blends traditional and modern techniques to convey ancient wisdom, folklore, and the unseen energies within the natural world. Inspired by the sacred symbolism of trees, she strives to spark curiosity and deepen the connection between art and nature.Katrina Parker (b. 1991) is an interdisciplinary artist and craftsperson working in sculpture, installation, and video. Katrina holds an MFA in Art &amp; Technology from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), a BFA in Film/Video and BA in English Communication &amp; Technology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
