Maete Shibari and Suspension will be taught. 4 hour workshop. Please bring 4 carabiners. All level students can participate. For Beginners without suspension experience, will use body harness to increase skills. For intermediate students, with Suspension experience, you will learn more suspension skills. For advanced students - You will learn how to play with suspension more.
