It will offer practical guidance on nutrition, exercise, strength training, sleep, nervous system care, and the specific needs of women in midlife, including weight gain, muscle loss, and bone density. The conversation will center on the physical and emotional changes that accompany this transition, with an emphasis on hormonal balance and whole-body support. Experts will address the unique health challenges faced by South Asian women and share ways to manage symptoms, restore balance, and build long-term strength, resilience, and well-being.Speakers:Dr. Kanchan Koya Nutrition and Exercise Dr. Koya will discuss how intentional movement and nutrient-dense eating can support energy, strength, and overall well-being during menopause and perimenopause. She will share practical guidance on using food and exercise to maintain vitality, resilience, and a strong foundation for long-term health.Nidhi Pandya, Ayurvedic Doctor &amp; Integrative Health Educator Ayurveda and Hormonal Balance Nidhi will explain how hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause affect sleep, mood, metabolism, joints, and moisture balance. Drawing from Ayurveda and modern science, she will share simple daily practices, diet, and herbal support to restore balance and calm the nervous system, with attention to the unique needs of South Asian women.Ali Barclay, Lead Teacher Pure Barre | CycleBar Strength Training Ali will explore how targeted strength training supports muscle mass, bone density, core stability, and joint health in midlife. She will highlight how functional movement improves balance, posture, metabolism, and pelvic floor support, and how building physical strength also boosts confidence and overall mental well-being.Aishwarya Balaji, Yoga Teacher Nervous System Regulation &amp; Yoga Nidra Aishwarya will introduce nervous system regulation and guide a yoga nidra practice to support deep rest during perimenopause and menopause. She will explain how chronic stress and elevated cortisol affect sleep, mood, weight, and inflammation.
