Guitarist Jules Leyhe is on an entirely different trip, juxtaposing futuristic elements with down-home tones. Leyhe has performed wit Buddy Guy, Taj Maha, Jimmy Vivino, Fantastic Negrito, played the National Anthem at the Oakland Coliseum, and has been featured in <em>Guitar Player</em>, <em>Premier Guitar</em>, and <em>Vintage Guitar</em>. Leyhe's new album FIRST RODEO is a whimsical mashup of blues, hip-hop, fusion, rock and. latin music. Conceived and constructed using vivid fantasy, the Berklee (school of music) Grad imagined what it would sound like to pair signature elements from diametrically opposed artists. Picture Duane Allman jamming with jazz piano great Gi Evans, or Jimi Hendrix playing in Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hears Club Band The Family JulesBand featuring Saxophonist Nancy Wright, keyboardist Ian McArdle, and. drummer Isaac Schwartz brings a funky jazz flavor to Leyhe's fantastical vision.</p>
