Marisa will lead us with her collection of sound healing instruments into a transformative and deeply relaxing experience: a soundbath, where we will be releasing old energy patterns and opening up to our greatest potential.Marisa has been deeply touched by the power of sound healing, as it has been an integral part of her life for over a decade. She will be playing with Paiste gongs (Sun and Venus), Quartz Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drum, Rainstick, Flow Chimes and other sacred instruments.Benefits of sound healing may include: Deep relaxation, increased focus, improved sleep, mental clarity, relief from physical pain, increased creativity, rejuvenation, self-discovery, increased vitality and more.Afterwards, we'll keep you hydrated and relaxed while indulging in some fun, health-boosting functional cocktails, creatively mixed with beneficial adaptogens.
