Max Hatt / Edda Glass at The Listening Room
Sunday, November 22 | 6 PM The Listening Room at Hamilton StudioMax Hatt / Edda Glass bring their unmistakable blend of jazz, bossa nova, Americana, and atmospheric songwriting to The Listening Room at Hamilton Studio for an intimate Sunday evening performance.Built around Edda Glass’s distinctive vocals and Max Hatt’s guitar work, the duo creates music that moves effortlessly between genres—at times smoky and jazz-inflected, at others rooted in Americana, with spacious arrangements and an intimate approach to songwriting that has earned attention from NPR and music critics across the country.Their sound has been called “unique” by NPR Mountain Stage, “hypnotic” by acclaimed vocalist Lizz Wright, and “elegantly funky” by Wilco guitarist Nels Cline. NPR Music’s Ann Powers offered perhaps the simplest description: “Beautiful… #chills.”Whether leaning into bossa nova and jazz or exploring the quieter edges of Americana, Max Hatt / Edda Glass make music built for close listening—which makes The Listening Room a particularly fitting setting for the duo.Join us Sunday, November 22 at 6 PM for an evening with two singular musicians and a sound that’s difficult to categorize and even harder to forget.MAX HATT / EDDA GLASS Sunday, November 22, 2026 6:00 PM The Listening Room at Hamilton Studio 1427 W.
