Join us for an afternoon of exploration as we dive into the worlds of fermentation and movement.We will be learning how to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Make wild fermented sodas from organic and local fruits and herbs (just in time for backyard hangs and summer mock/cocktail season).</li><li>Prepare simple lactofermented veggies - goodbye store bought pickles!&nbsp;</li><li>Align our bodies and flow through a Katonah yoga sequence led by Felicia Mackay. All levels welcome.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand the transformative power of fermentation and movement within the alchemical reaction of food and microbes, but also within the hydration process of our bodies and our lives💧.&nbsp;</li></ul>We will kick off this event with a wild soda toast. Small bites curated with local and seasonal produce will be served between sessions.&nbsp;We recommend bringing a note book, pen, yoga mat and a water bottle.
