Established in 2021, North Sound Soul is a Bellingham based 9-piecesoul/funk/rock band comprised of savvy veterans of the Bellingham musicscene. Named Best New Group by HUGS Radio WRGG and boasting two number-one hits on their Top 100 chart, the band has built an international following through dynamic performances and magnetic stage presence. They toured Europe in 2024 and have played at many festivals and venues in Washington, Idaho, Pennsylvania and Montreal.Formed in 2018, the group features three vocalists —Kim Bowman (keyboards), Caitlin Bowel (tenor guitar), and Allison Bowman (ukulele) — alongside Melanie Sehman (drums) and Sarah Yates (upright bass).
