We invite you, prenatal and postnatal mamas, to join us in the reclamation of sacred motherhood. Let us explore what surrender, growth and expansion could look like as individuals and the collective.This workshop will include gentle yoga and breath work, an embodiment and journaling session, a silent nature walk, a bone broth workshop, and an intimate farm to table lunch all led and hosted by Selah Wellness** and Table Talk.&nbsp;Tickets are a sliding scale of $100-$150 with a maximum capacity of 15. We’ve made it sliding scale to offer accessible entry. Please pay what you are most capable 💕.Ticket price includes child care. Although you are more than welcome to keep your baby with you during the event. If you will need to bring a baby with you, we have the capacity to care for ages 1 year and younger. Please let us know upon purchasing your ticket so we can coordinate a nurturing space for your babes.
