Inspired by the bar's namesake herself, Baba Yaga, the mysterious old witch of Slavic lore who blurs the line between malevolent and magical, these artists take us on a journey through equally whimsical and dark worlds.With influences ranging from the sinister enchantment of the Brothers Grimm and the gothic tales of Edgar Allan Poe to the surreal, mind-bending narratives of The Twilight Zone, the artists in this show dive deep into the world of lore and legend. Expect to encounter familiar characters and plots, but with a twist that leads you down paths less traveled—into forests darker, castles more haunted, and endings far from the expected.
