Seattle’s Small Yards creates a style that straddles the boundaries of post-punk, garage rock, and power pop. Then “Realize” has continues the fun, with more of bar room jam. The band is composed of Dan Cauthorn, guitar and vocals, Fletcher Andrews, drums, and Robert Lind, bass. They have recorded 3 albums of original music. Aaiiee’s early shows were usually with local punk bands, sharing the stage with Silly Killers, Fastbacks, U-Men, The Living, 3 Swimmers, Children of Kellogg, Gary Wilson, and more. The band has kept going over the years despite a lack of commercial success and has released 2 albums- "See You In Seattle" (a concept album based on the 1962 Seattle World's Fair) in 2012 and "Folly" in 2017. The band continues to record new music while still performing the old favorites.
