In recent months these rumors have been growing faster across the greater pacific northwest of a secret funky spacey festival band with rock fangs, jazz horns, and a powerful rhythm section. A band so super and so secret that not even the band members can acknowledge the band’s&nbsp; existence. Concert goers claim Super Secret Band insists that no one should tell anyone about the band, unless of course they were doing so to tell people not to tell anyone else about the band.&nbsp;In November, 2022 the band released an EP/Album titled, “Never Odd Or Even”, and followed up with 5 singles off the Upcoming “Planetary Zoo” Album in 2023.According to anonymous eyewitness testimony Super Secret Band headlined small festivals across the northwest in 2022 and 2023 and is rumored to continue sharing Super Secrets with those willing to seek them out. The sound ranges from Rock, to Jam, to Dark Jazz, to blues, to funk, to Ambient sections that space all the way out before converging into funky slap bass driven experiences. The band’s instrumental funky rock core highlights improvisational expression from a rotating cast of guest musicians creating a different Super Secret Experience each time.About the Special Guest- <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.monkhmusic.com/">Monkh</a>Daniel Monkh Horrell, known simply as Monkh, is a multi-faceted, powerhouse funk artist hailing from St. Louis, Missouri. Renowned for his high-energy performances and infectious grooves, Monkh's live shows are an exhilarating experience that blend funk, jazz, and trap elements, creating a party-like atmosphere with deep healing undertones. His guitar shredding capabilities and uplifting stage presence have captivated audiences, making each show a transformative event.Monkh has shared the stage with legendary acts such as Karl Denson, Cool Cool Cool (formerly Turkuaz), and has graced festival stages alongside the likes of Carlos Santana and Lettuce. His unique fusion of genres, coupled with his band’s dynamic synergy, turns every set into a jam-packed celebration of sound and spirit.In 2024, Monkh released five electrifying tracks, with two more slated for release by year’s end.
