The three core members (Judd Wasserman, Martin Strand, Kyle Doran) met in Seattle at Cornish College of the Arts. After the Pandemic hiatus, the band released their self-titled debut album. The band est. 2019.<hr>Matt Badger is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Seattle, WA. He's known as the drummer for numerous prominent Seattle bands (Ravenna Woods, Hannah Ramone, Benjamin Verdoes, Seattle Rock Orchestra) but arrived on the scene as an artist in his own right, showcasing his original solo material with the release of his debut album, The Fold, in November of 2020. Badger’s latest release is Stumbling, a single from a collection of home recordings produced by Matt in his dining room during the pandemic. His previous works also include a “7 inch” double single titled Chance in Hell featuring the song Waterside, along with the title track Chance in Hell available through Jenny Invert Records. Badger’s music combines the warmth and tenderness of M. Ward with the orchestral and lo-fi charm of Elvis Depressedly mixed with early Grizzly Bear. His voice transcends the indie pop of his Seattle homeland to add something new, bright and instantly classic to the Pacific NW soundscape.
