Welcome to the Absence of Proof x  Sèchey Dry January Speakeasy Residency.  We are so excited you’re joining us.

Absence of Proof provides nightlife options for those taking a night, month, or lifetime off of drinking.  We feature a full menu of non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, and beer.  We are so excited to be partnering with non-alcoholic retailer,  Sèchey, on a residency in their gorgeous speakeasy in the West Village.

We offer two event times per night.  Please be sure to arrive on time or a bit early (the store upstairs is open for mingling and shopping!) as when your specified event time is over we will have another seating coming in.

We are a non-alcoholic bar, meaning we serve options below 0.5% ABV.  We also have 0.0% options, all of which are marked on the menu.  We do not guarantee our drinks are certified Halal, Vegan, or Gluten-Free.  We are happy to provide ingredient lists on request and make custom beverages to meet your dietary needs.
