<p><strong>Theatre of Hate</strong> is a British post-punk band formed in London in 1980 by singer-songwriter Kirk Brandon, following the breakup of his earlier punk group The Pack. Known for their dramatic sound that blended punk energy with saxophone-driven atmospheres, the band quickly gained a reputation for intense live performances. Their breakthrough came with the single “Do You Believe in the Westworld?” and the 1982 album Westworld, produced by Mick Jones of The Clash. After decades pursuing separate musical projects, the pair reunited in the early 2020s to create new music while honoring the legacy of their earlier band.
