Absence of Proof &amp; Ice Cold Club present an afternoon of breath work, a cold plunge, healthy lunch &amp; mocktails!&nbsp;About Ice Cold Club: Purposefully stress the nervous system to better handle stress in your everyday life — after taking you through a breath work experience to prepare you to handle the stress of the ice, Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm will guide you through a 3 to 6-min exposure in the tubs out on the roof. We'll have snacks from Urban Vegan Kitchen &amp; unlimited Mocktails from Curious Elixirs &amp; Mingle Mocktails, non-alcoholic beer from Peroni, and more! See you there! Please note (IMPORTANT):This event is 21+.All drinks offered will be below 0.5% ABV (non-alcoholic). Some drinks will utilize non-alcoholic spirits that mimic the taste and aroma of alcohol, without the intoxicating effects.
