Enuff Z’nuff with Permacrush and Band, Inc.Enuff Z’nuff is a living, breathing example of what a rock/ pop group should be. The bandwas formed in 1984 in Blue Island, Illinois. Its first release, &amp;quot;Fingers On It,&amp;quot; gave the bandsome initial recognition when the track was featured in the 1986 cult movie Henry: Portraitof a Serial Killer.By 1989, original members, Chip Z’Nuff and Donnie Vie were joined by guitarist DerekFrigo and drummer Vikki Foxx. The band had signed with Atco/ Atlantic Records thatsame year and released their debut self-titled album. The album spawned two singles thatwould change the course of the band’s history, ‘New Thing’ and ‘Fly High Michelle.’ Bothsongs were played constantly on the radio and gained heavy rotation on MTV spendingover 60 weeks in the top 10.1991 saw the band release its follow-up, Strength. The album had more of a rockovertone, and following its release, the band became regulars on shows like DavidLetterman and Howard Stern and was featured in Rolling Stone’s hot issue as ‘the nextbig thing.’&nbsp;In 1993 the band left Atco records and moved to Arista, releasing the album,’ AnimalsWith Human Intelligence.’ The album gained lots of critical acclaims, and prior to itsrelease, Vikki Foxx was replaced by new drummer Ricky Parent.&nbsp;Still a major force after 20+ albums, Enuff Z’nuff still has a legion of loyal fans and hasearned respect and acclaim of its peers and contemporaries. M.A.G.S. is the solo moniker for Buffalo-bred multi-disciplinary artist Elliott Douglas. His style seamlessly glides between genres ─ from funky garage rock to minty alt-pop with a punk- inspired energy. The release of his third full-length album Destroyer in 2023 via Smartpunk Records pushed Douglas into a more textural direction, dripping with flavors of post-punk while keeping his genre-bending melodies. Written by Douglas and produced by Jay Mass (Defeater), the album is about having to destroy yourself in order to grow and move forward – an extremely relatable phase in one’s life. M.A.G.S. released his first solo record in 2015, an EP titled Cellophane, and his self-titled LP arrived two years later - securing a seat amongst the most prominent indie/alt-rock artists. With his new batch of music, Douglas displayed marked growth in vocal prowess, overall musicality and lyrical bite through the release of 2020’s Lost Tapes EP.Dougals’s universal appeal feeds his success, and it’s never at the expense of his art.
