Step into a transformative space designed for prenatal and postnatal mothers on their sacred journey.&nbsp;The Radiant Rest Winter Workshop includes yoga and breathwork with Katie, a relaxing sound bath to soothe our nervous system, an intimate farm to table lunch by Emma,&nbsp; and Motherhood Circle led by Elise Bowerman.&nbsp;Elise is the Founder of Birth Humanity, and holistic/spiritual mother on a mission to reclaim the matriarch as a powerful source of wisdom and inspiration for the health of your families legacy.Although the Georgian calendar advises us to snap into action, and rise anew in January - nature whispers a softer truth. Winter is when nature hibernates, and dies. In terms of life cycles, the winter season represent old age, and wisdom.&nbsp;Winter is the time of the womb, the source of creation, intuition, and feminine flow. Radiant Rest Winter Workshop

We invite you, prenatal and postnatal mamas, to join us in the reclamation of sacred motherhood. Let us explore what surrender, growth and expansion could look like as individuals and the collective.This workshop will include gentle yoga and breath work, an embodiment and journaling session, a silent nature walk, a bone broth workshop, and an intimate farm to table lunch all led and hosted by Selah Wellness** and Table Talk.&nbsp;Tickets are a sliding scale of $100-$150 with a maximum capacity of 15. We’ve made it sliding scale to offer accessible entry. Please pay what you are most capable 💕.Ticket price includes child care. Although you are more than welcome to keep your baby with you during the event. If you will need to bring a baby with you, we have the capacity to care for ages 1 year and younger. -A pre and postnatal day retreat

Join us for an afternoon of exploration as we dive into the worlds of fermentation and movement.We will be learning how to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Make wild fermented sodas from organic and local fruits and herbs (just in time for backyard hangs and summer mock/cocktail season).</li><li>Prepare simple lactofermented veggies - goodbye store bought pickles!&nbsp;</li><li>Align our bodies and flow through a Katonah yoga sequence led by Felicia Mackay. All levels welcome.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand the transformative power of fermentation and movement within the alchemical reaction of food and microbes, but also within the hydration process of our bodies and our lives💧.&nbsp;</li></ul>We will kick off this event with a wild soda toast. Small bites curated with local and seasonal produce will be served between sessions.&nbsp;We recommend bringing a note book, pen, yoga mat and a water bottle.
